On Friday, May 24th, starting at 6 pm, we are organising a gathering and Q&A session with the Macedonian band FUNK SHUI. The band members will be guests at the SAE Institute, and attendees will have the opportunity to chat with them about music, production, marketing, band development process, and more.

Since their first album “Aether” in 2012, followed by “R.E.M.” in 2015 and the EP “Impuls” in 2018, FUNK SHUI has been continuously evolving, refining their vision and sound. Their departure from categorisation can best be understood as an experience that encompasses various emotions, styles, and influences.

With each new release, FUNK SHUI has pushed the boundaries of the contemporary music scene, creating a unique path in redefining what it means to be a truly talented and expressive band in the region. Their outstanding work has not gone unnoticed, and the band has been invited to perform at some of the most prestigious music festivals across Europe, including Eurosonic ESNS, Mondo.NYC, MENT Ljubljana, Athens Music Week, PIN Music conference, and Liverpool Sound City.

Learn all about the future of creative industries such as web, audio, and game art at this event at SAE Institute Belgrade, where experts from these fields will speak: Vladimir Lelićanin, Head of the Web Department and Blockchain Expert, Predrag Milošević, Head of the Game Art Animation Department, and Filip Vlatković, Lecturer in the Audio Production Department at SAE Institute. The entire event will be hosted by Stefan Vračević, a Web Design and Programming student who is also a member of the Plus Ultra Association from Sarajevo, which focuses on the development and support of young people in the field of programming.

The event begins with a lecture by Vladimir Lelićanin on how AI is revolutionizing the creative landscape, from design and art to music and beyond.

• Panel Discussion on the Future of Creativity with Artificial Intelligence:

Following the lecture, there will be a panel discussion featuring esteemed lecturers from the audio, web, and game art industries, moderated by Stefan Vračević, a Web Design and Programming student at SAE who is already exploring this topic as a research question for his final project. During the panel discussion, participants will share their insights, experiences, and predictions on how AI will reshape their fields and what the future holds for creatives working with this powerful technology.
